| I have a Gateway notebook computer with Windows XP. I have downloaded the Mint white video and it does just fine. When I try to download the Mint long and hard video, however, the download time is about the same and when I look at it on the Window Media Player screen, the total length shown is about 13 minutes. However, the video stops at 3 min 23 sec. If I select play, it starts over again at the beginning and stops again at the same time. I've tried downloading the video twice, and the same thing happened. Any suggestions? I've viewed the four previews and can't wait to see the whole thing! |

| Did you made right click on the movie file and choose to "Save as" option? |
