Dynasty Inn has been my regular hotel for many years, and I can tell you emphatically that they don't charge a "joiners fee" for your guest, and Ladyboys are not a problem.
Whilst I've often taken back a couple of Ladyboys at the same time without any difficulty, a few months ago I tried bringing Trisha & Aubrey back to the room and they attempted to charge a joiners fee for the third person.
Overall, I think this hotel is a great place. It represents tremendous value and is located in an unbeatable location.
Cheers

The secret to enjoying The Dynasty Inn, is to request a room in the new building. I've always specified such a room when I make a reservation, and have generally got what I asked for.
I do recall a trail of ants once upon a time in one of the older rooms, however I have never encountered any other nastys.
If you are willing to spend a few more dollars, there is always the Dynasty Inn Grande around the corner which is brand spanking new !
Still don't understand why forum member Mardhi persists in refering to it as the DYSENTRY INN ?
Cheers

Talking about the Dysentry Inn Grande - I stayed in the new rooms last week - they have two blocks - the new rooms are behind and overlook the pool. They are larger than the regular rooms and current price is 2250 baht night incl service and VAT. Regular rooms are still 1800 baht to the end of August when their opening offer is due to finish.
The new rooms are supposedly better furnished but I think thats subjective - they are all decked out in wood including the walls which makes them look kinda dark. New rooms have a DVD player and as I say are slightly larger than the regular rooms (which are already big) and a bigger bathroom.
As with regular rooms, they have free Hi-speed Internet in the room via a cable. All in all a nice addition but personally I dont see any point in paying anymore than the regular rooms unless you want a DVD player and like wood venered bedroom walls.
Cheers
