I have stayed there many times since it was built around four years ago.
The staff are charming and the place is certainly Ladyboy friendly.
My only criticism would be that the beds are very firm. Location is second to none as it's handy for both the beach and nightlife. I usually ask for one of the slightly more expensive balcony rooms which also have Tea & coffee making facilities The shower rooms are massive and ideal for a bit of fun

Great review. Thanks, I'll have to give it a try when I'm there in October. Does it have a little outdoor French bistro on the street? I might have eaten there before. The following is where I've stayed priviously in Pattaya followed by my opinion on each;
Royal Cliff- Rookie mistake. Too big, too much hassle getting friends in, many, many German tourists with raised eyebrows as I traipsed thru lobby night after night.
Hard Rock- OK, not great. Good pool area with foam party at night, but really too far away from the action.
Montien- Again too far from action. Very dated at the time I stayed. Not worth the expense. When I checked in with Thai LBGF they said they don't allow Thai guests in hotel. Luckily some quick thinking on her part produced a Laos passport and we were OK.
