Has anyone been there?
Yes, have stayed there before, its a lovely hotel, very classy, tends to attract more business clientele and well to do couples.
Is it in walking distance from NEP?
Its a decent walk, but certainly achievable, from memory I tended to use taxis most of the time, but you could walk it.
Is it guest friendly?
I was there with my Thai wife, so didn't bring back any LB company, however apart from your ladyboy having to produce I.D, I don't think you should have any problem. I recommend that you book a double or twin room otherwise they can try to charge you a joiners fee. Have read comments before about guys bringing back LB's with no trouble, and a number of websites have used the hotel for LB photo shoots.
