Good Value Service Apartment ~ LB-69

I'm looking for a good value serviced apartment.
I'm thinking between $700 and $1,000 USD per month.

Any recommendations in that price range. Everywhere i've looked seems to be $1,500 to $2,000 which is a little steep.

Would like a gym and swimming pool as part of the facilities - and internet access in the room.

I would like in Nana Station to Phrom Phong area. Preferably withing walking distance to the BTS stop.
