Just a small point, but for me it would be nice to hear a few more of the girls speak, perhaps introduce themsleves at the beginning of the shoot.
I know a lot fo them go into a shoot feeling shy and embaressed, but it would be good to get a little more of their personality if possible.

I quite enjoy when they speak to the camera before getting down to business, makes it alot more personal and enables you to see a little of their character.
