I just thought i'd share my plans for the new year with you guys, I was planning on making my first trip to thailand round christmas and new year but events back here in belfast put a stop to does plans (changed company recently) but had to settle on going in march but it seems to have worked out well cause i will be there for st patricks day and it will be my first time outside of ireland for that occasion and regards to lbs, i have been chatting to this one girl for a few months now and the main reason am going there is to meet her and she really seems to like me and i am hoping to spend all my time there with her, kinda like a small longterm relationship rolled into two weeks cause after reading so many post on this forum the whole bar scene just does'nt really appeal to me, but in saying that i would love to just go to some of the bars talked about on this forum (especailly guess) but i cant see myself barfining any of the girls there and i think one of the main reasons the lb i have been chatting too likes me is cause she is 22 and am 23 and without sounding big headed am an alright looking guy and we seem to get on very well, but i just cant stop thinking, does she like me as much as i like her? your views are welcome guys Smile

It truly is a wonderful place and it's people are perhaps it's greatest assets.
My advice is; do not commit yourself to one LB or Girl for that matter before you have even spent a night with her. In the event that is what you do and on arrival in Bangkok or Pattaya or Phuket things are not as anticipated, then chances are you shall have a helluva job trying to cut this gal loose without making a significant compensation payment.

Lad the first time i went to thailand i was 22. Last time 23 so same as you. Also from Ireland. Now if you are clean, relativly in shape and good fun you will absolutly clean up. They will be absolutly all over you. But trust me on one thing. you will NOT be able to stop yourself being a butterfly.Especially if you go somewhere like Pattaya. This will cause problems with a lb who regards herself as your gf. Now we dont mention this too often but when angry (usually through the fault of a farang showing them up) they can be vicious so be careful.

Also be realistic about the lb you are chatting with. If you met her on something like bkk chat chances are she has a lad a week coming. But then again i can be very negative.

Where abouts do you plan on going other than bkk? If you are going to samui(hard to find a decent lb) ive a couple of lb mates. Obviously in bkk or patts no helf is needed.

I was planning on meet this lb in question and just see what happens from there like stay in bangkok or even the two of us go somewhere (pattaya,phuket or samui) but now am not so sure about meeting her, So basically if i dont meet this lb now which does'nt look likely now (her lose in my opinion) so fuck it am gonna do the whole bar thing, but i have a question for some of you guys, what are the chances of someone getting thrown out of a lb bar?

Not quite sure where you're coming from. You won't get thrown out of an LB bar unless you are abusive, drunk and threatening - or even worse - dont pay.

Only a total idiot in my opinon does the above and desires to get a good thrashing by the LB's before the cops get involved. The LB's don't need bouncers - they can take care of themselves - they were originally men and still have a good left hook if needed.

On your original question. You're taking westerns notions of how you manage to get a girl and imposing them on the east - absolutely incorrect.

The girls are little interested in your age (infact the younger the worse it is for them because you are more demanding in bed and want more - and have less money to spend than an older guy).
Plus most of the LB's are actually little interested in sex with you and prefer a romantic time with the guy and to be treated well as a woman.

There idea of a good time is not to be taken back to a seedie guest house and get banged for an hour.

They look down on keynoks. (those Thai based folks will know what i mean)

Re: getting thrown out of a LB Bar - yes it can happen and every now and again it does. Just last week the first guy was thrown out of Guess Bar - albeit he was a Thai BF of someone. Suffice to say, the security in bars is for the most part totally invisible - try throwing a glass at someone or something and see how quickly YOU get beaten to shit. Incidentally dont forget that all the bars have police on payroll - its a pre-determined situation as far as witnesses are concerned - basically cause trouble in a Thai Bar and maybe you win for the first three minutes then your world comes crushing down and no matter what, you will lose. Incidentally most ladyboys are VERY unlikely to get directly involved unless they have lost face - they just leave it to the hired muscle - after all, they dont want to go back to the nail salon and replace a handfull of expensive plastic nails. Even if you dont believe muscle is there - within 30 seconds of the word going out it will be and Thai bouncers do not play fair and neither will the police - trouble in a bar is normally a very very expensive experience for anyone stupid enough to try it.

Now about playing around - I would go with the flow of opinion - if its your first trip, just get out there and screw anybody who takes your fancy - forget even telling this girl your in town - you WILL regret it I suspect. Never forget tell everyone you encounter you are a total butterfly and do not believe any ladyboy who tells you she is totally smitten on you. A good friend of mine is a LB in a very good job - has good job, good salary, excellent English and is the BIGGEST butterfly I have ever met - she is totally addicted to sex with strangers she meets on the Net - you would not believe it but I reckon she has more guys in a week than many girls in Nana have in a month. And the girl i was planning on meeting is not the one you refer to mardhi, am sure of it. But i am still planning on meeting her, I have too, cause I have been chatting on webcam and texting each other for a while now, so am just gonna meet her in person and see what happens

Not so much in Nana. But on my first trip to thailand i went into obsessions in nana steaming. I was chatting with a few lbs and the old Annie (big dick. she hasnt been seen in months now. she is hot) pulled me up on stage. Now i know this is the most annoying thing a farang can do and i would nt do it now. But i took off my pants on stage and danced around. Very drunk and wouldnt do it now.
