| Every time I find a suitable avatar and try to submit it tells me it is too big. I'm sure I've reduced resolutions before, but buggered if I can get the current 16kb down to the permitted size, suggestions anybody? |

Make as *.gif, not *.jpg, they seem to be smaller, otherwise use "save as" and lowest possible quality setting.
PhotoShop has a "Save for web" setting, and PCs seem to make much smaller files than macs. |

| Thanks chaps, finally sorted it. I checked out a lot of avatars available on the net, but in the end decided to go with a personal pic. Hope the girls at the Club131 party will be looking forward to seeing me "hasum man" |
