When in Lapa there are a few streets they hang but you kinda need a taxi, or a car to really see them all because they are a bit spread out. That area can be a little trippy. You will also see guys hanging out showing there wears. It kinda freaked me out when, as you drive by these guys are hanging there dicks out stroking away. Wow.
