If this bar boss put even 10% of the effort in that Karl, Jimbo and Rossco do on a regular basis he might be suprised at the results. It would certainly make customers feel more part of Strings activities when they're back home.
Is he really so busy to even spare 20 mins a week to update potential punters and regulars with a few pics and updates etc? - Apparently so.
If I was the actual boss of that place I'd have a serious think about re-recruiting.
The Strings forum is just as dead as the updates here, it gets about 3 posts a week due to lack of input by 'the firm'. |

Strangely enough, I've been chatting with Bob on this very matter in recent days, and hopefully we can improve the frequency of Stringfellows updates & related information.

Cheers KK!! I'm with Dixon Cox on this one. It's only good business, in Bob's, and his girls', best interest to put some effort in here.
If Bob's not that comfortable techy wise, he should find, or pay, someone a few baht that is to do it for him. |

With Sombat passing away just over a week ago, Bob has been rather busy assisting with all the various arrangements.
I'm sure he will provide some updates in the near future.

We knew Sombats passing was very close last month, hence no update!
As to frequency of the updates, well if the moaners care to look back at previous posts (difficult I'm sure)  they would notice that the staff is pretty constant. That means they don't move as much as other bars, basically because they get paid a dam good salary where as in most other bars they are freelancers! Also I don't believe in posting any old rubbish just to have posts!!
