I have just been reading about the opening on a new hotel which I saw being constructed during my most recent stint in Pattaya.
Now you can not beat a new hotel and with my next trip fast approaching in a fortnight, I have wasted no time in making a reservation in one of the suites.
It is located up the Soi on Second Road opposite side to Pattayaland heading towards Soi Buakaow.
Only problem is, it is a little bit of a trek back at night...Anyway, I'll give it a go.

That presidential suite looks a tempter for a playboy style week. Just waiting for a few more pics to be added to the site
Is it that dark winding street that comes up on Buakaow on the dangerous bend next to a 7Eleven ? |

Hi Pat Tire,
Sorry to mention this but had similar interest to stay there too as usually stay soi buakow way myself.
Have also seen that hotel featured on another chat forum too does look nice but when i enquired about it with my Pattaya friends they said it was slap bang in the middle of biggest construction site near the new shopping mall/ city condos being built on 2nd road.
So no quiet days or nts as theyre building 24/7.
I will be there in August if your stil in town by all means pm me for a meet ok.
Cheers |

| Yeah, I know what you mean Chonburi and if noise is an issue I'll soon move on but I reckon it is around 250 meters or so from the construction site you mention. |
