The difficulty depends on the country - some countries have strict visa requirements (like the USA), so it is very difficult for a Thai lb to visit. Other countries, it is quite easy for an lb to visit - SE Asia countries for instance, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia.

I can concur with what they're saying about Emma/Amy. I met her in January in Pattaya after I watched her charge a guy to take her picture.
