I can't believe you're located in Rome and you're asking where to find LBs.. are you joking or what..?
Just to give a clue : did you ever hear about "Mucca Assassina" disco ? Go up to the 3rd floor and you'll see what you looking for.
Other than that, you may find hundreds of them on the roads..
But if you're looking for Thai Lbs, I'm afraid you'll be higly disapointed 
That is another very good reason to book a tkt to LOS as soon as you can.. don't waste your money in Italy, save it for higher purposes, take my advise !

back to your question, I never seen a Asian LB either in Rome and/or Milan ( very..unfortunately), but cannot exclude 100%

I had a very close-encounter of the 3rd type in Rome.. those who are interested in more details may pm me,
here I like to share some views of 22yo argentinian I had so much fun with , last night , although for ST only ( western style, sigh!)
