I’ll try to keep a definitive list of the most popular LB friendly hotels in Pattaya.
LB friendly means you should not have any problems bring an LB or GG back to you room, and will not be charged a joiners fee or any other fee. In some cases a joiner’s fee maybe charged when bringing back more than 1 LB to your room at a time (usually around 500bht).
Any relevant posts are linked below the hotel.
The hotels are listed in price order, not popularity or preference.
The ‘BOOK’ link will take you directly to the hotel’s website or booking agent.
Let me know if I’m missing anywhere major, or anywhere new or highly recommended, and I’ll try to keep it up-to-date.
For more precise details of location, each hotel is in the interactive LB map here PATTAYA MAP
JASMINE HOTEL – Rooms from 650bht
The Jasmine hotel has quickly become a popular choice.
On the aptly named Soi BJ, in the heart of the night action, just off walking street. No pool and not the most luxurious, but one of the cheapest decent options with rooms starting from 650bht.

LEK HOTEL – Rooms from 850bht
I've stayed here a few times.
Nice staff, extremely safe and guest friendly, lovely pool, but not so nice buffet breakfast and dinner.
The cheaper rooms (850bht) are in the old wing and no where near as nice as the newer rooms, which are certainly worth the extra.
BOOK HERE
SUNSHINE HOTEL – Rooms form 900bht
In the heart of sois 7 + 8, filled with a mass of GG beer bars. Very close to goldfingers and Didi's bar.
Decents rooms start from 900bht, but get booked up very early in high/peak season.
Guest friendly.
BOOK HERE
DIANA INN– Rooms from 990bht
The first hotel I stayed in, in Pattaya.
The staff are firendly enough, the breakfast is ok. But the rooms are completely different standards, it really pays to go for one of eth bigger rooms.
Has a really nice pool, but it can be a bit of a walk if you get a room at the far end.
BOOK HERE
PATTAYA BAY RESORT – Rooms from 999bht
A very new hotel and fats becoming popular, as it's known to have been booked out several times during low season.
A largish suite starts at 2,000bht during peak season, which is great value for money. The standard rooms are cheaper.
The staff and facilities are highly spoken off and very LB friendly. Also has a nice pool. and free Tuk TUk service to 2nd road and Buakaow.

BOOK HERE
THE PENTHOUSE HOTEL – Rooms from 1045
Infamous playboy style hotel, which completely caters for sex tourists.
Rooms aren't cheap and they always seem to add on extras, but lots of sex swings, jakuzzis and porn for those who wish to endulge.

BOOK HERE
FLIPPER LODGE – Rooms from 1100bht
Flipper Lodge Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Pattaya, right on the beach and close to entertainment centre.
One of a small group of decent hotels around the Soi 7/8 area.
Surrounded by GG beer bars and guest friendly.
BOOK HERE
FLIPPER HOUSE – Rooms from 1100bht
Yet, another of the group of decent hotels around the Soi 7/8 area. Sister hotel to the lodge, but a bit nicer.
Surrounded by GG beer bars and guest friendly.
BOOK HERE
THE ARECA LODGE – Rooms from 1150bht
My current favoruite hotel in Pattaya. Rooms around the 1500 mark.
On Soi Diana Inn, 5 mins walk to 2nd Road 2 mins to Soi Buakaow.
One of the best buffet breakfasts in Pattaya, clean and comfortable rooms at agreat price. Two great pools, and a small gym.
Guest friendly, and welcoming staff. The only major down point is that it gets booked out early during high/peak season and the request a deposit to be made via FAX, and their fax machine never works ...!
BOOK HERE
THE LK PAVILLION - Rooms from 1200bht
Recommended by rickard1
An attractive looking hotel, on 3rd Road, slightly away from the heart of the action, but all comforts seem to be catered for in class.
BOOK HERE
DYNASTY INN – Rooms from 1280bht
Koykeang seems to like this place so it can't be bad.
Seems to offer a good deal if you also choose to stay in the DIG or Dynasty Inn BKK, with free transport and possible discounts.
Staff very friendly and nice pool, although from what I've seen the rooms aren't the biggest.
http://www.lb-69.com/forum/3761_Dynasty_Inn_BKK_and_Pattaya.html
BOOK HERE
HARD ROCK HOTEL – Rooms from 3300bht
this is a real class act, but rooms aren't cheap.
But you certainly get what you pay for and the pool parties look like a lot of fun.
BOOK HERE
MARRIOTT HOTEL – Rooms from 4500bht
Next to the Royal Garden Plaza on 2nd Road, this is the posh choice in pattaya.
Expensive compared to some of the real bargains you can find, but if you've money to burn, it's one of the luxury options.
Also has a top spa within.

Thanks for your nice listings here, Kliome.
Next time, I will try the SIAM VIEW RESORT near soi six.
I will report here. It seems lb-friendly with a roof-pool for 700 bath (800 in high season).

| Philander sorry for a delayed response. Don't know if they're LB friendly, but they have an LB working there in the morning. Was there in Feb. and saw a very attractive LB working in the morning but didn't have the opportunity. |

Thanks but I am booked into the Jasmine now . I recognised the wall designs in Sawasdee Seaview from another LB site so presume it would be ok , but would'n want to be the only one with an LB for company.
I seem to remember seeing a customer walking past me and the wife with an extremely tall and beautiful lady who I now think was Paris. |

If you mean the Siam Bay View then the price you quote entrox is not correct, plus they charge a joiner fee because they prefer couples to stay there as opposed to mongers. |

Sorry, I was wrong..
I booked at SIAM VIEW RESIDENCE.
Roof pool, WLAN, and everything else, no ladyfee...
700 Bath in High season. I took a look there before, and Its probably the best hotel Ive seen for that price in whole Chonburi.
It is located in Soi A.R. near Nova Park Hotel. |

Just to update the listings here:
I've taken off The Golden Beach Hotel, and advise peopel to avoid it. they are now charging for guests and don't seem to be very welcoming.
I've also noticed peopel having problems with the Jasmine Hotel regarding their booking system. They are extremely disorganised. It's stil an excellent location and cheap, but expect tedious problems if staying there.
I stayed at the LK Pavillion for the last two months and now highly recommend it. A bit off the beaten track and not recommended for short stays (1500/2500bht a night). But for longer stays 1month + I'd recommend this place. Very friendly staff, large clean rooms, nice pool. Monthly deals from around 20,000bht + 8bht per unit Electiricity. |

Flipper House - soi 7
Just finishing 5 days here - 1400B for a mini-suite. Luckily i decided to take a suite at the front of the hotel, as theyre buiding something (an extension i think) at the back and the noise in the day must be horrendous. However my room is excellent with balcony, and the staff v LB friendly. In fact theres an LB working in the cafe/restaurant. Security rings you when your guest leaves, to make sure everything ok. Recommended. |

I already had Flipper House on the list, but have I've only stayed at FLipper Lodge and that was a few years ago.
Good to get a recommendation from you!
See you April 29th Jimbo! |
