Any golfers on the board?
My next visit could be for several months so I'm thinking of taking my clubs and playing once a week or so.
Despite not having played there (handicap 17) I'm thinking Pats is probably a pretty good and reasonably priced place to play golf.
It's also a nice relaxing outdoor activity that takes up a good chunk of the day before the usual night time activities commence.
Sorry if this is too 'off topic' for these boards but I
think it might be nice to play golf with some boardies and be able to be honest and open about night time discussions if you know what I mean. |

I've been tempted to play a bit of golf when in Pattaya, have chatted to a few golfers when staying at the Areca Lodge, they seem to have a lot of golf package holidays based there, and might be a good place to start your enquiries.
But as with my finishing trips and boat hire, when in Pattaya the night life and LBs soon get ahold of me and all other activities seem to be non-starters. |

3-4 good "clubs" in the area. Most happy to have day membership.
Plenty of chances to meet a "Happy Hooker" too, starting with the generally female caddies. |

I haven't played golf in Patts for about 5 years, but there's about 15 ( i think) great courses within an hours drive.
Make sure you play Laem Chabang, one of the best courses I've ever played, Natural Park is another one of my favourites plus Burapha is good, set up like a traditional American course
Whichever you chose you cant' go wrong ! |
