Hi been a member a little while and really like the site, great content and a fun forum. Over a week ago my access got blocked and despite multiple loggings and email traffic have not been able to get unblocked. Is this a common problem? In this last week there is clearly at least one other member suffering the same problems as me. Ultimately sites like this can only survive if subscribers have problems like this resolved. I have not downloaded anything in this period, so I cannot be over the download limit. I also subscribed to ExtremeLadyboys and cannot access that either.
Guess asking you guys is my last try to figure it out before asking ccbill to refund me. |

| I personally looked into that situation and it was a problem with our auto-protecting software. Please try to login now with new login details that provided by support team in reply to your ticket. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Just tried again and got this message:
You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.
Keen to stay a member. Could you try and set up a fresh username and password for me please? Do you think your password protection is just never going to give me access because of how my ISP works? |

i think my ip changes all the time due to how my ISP works....is that the problem. Use NTL in the UK |
