| Ye hi there...I'm having a problem with Rose's latest vid...I download it...but can't get it to play back on my media player...all the other HD vids r fine except for this one...any help would be appreciated...thnx |

First of all the best way to have you problesm solved is to submit support ticket from that link: http://clientsupport.exoticgold.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
Now regarding that movie I believe you better to download it again and try, as we had no other members complaining about integrity of Rose movie file. |

| Well I have downloaded it 5 times now...still don't work...guess thatbtakes care of yr suggestion...typical...no help...just "no other members complaing" thnx for nothing |
