all u need is the following this is only a idea may need more stuff
this is a server i forgot to mention it only just in begining once u have a customer base u can upgrade to a bigger server to handle the flow of trafic it just to see if the website works it just a basic outlay
AMD 1.8GHz 64-bit Sempron Processor
512MB DDR DRAM upgrade 4 meg if needed
Gigabit Ethernet
2x 500GB 7200RPM SATA
plus another 2X500GB drives to equal 2 tb
1000 Gigabytes = 1 Terabyte for those who dont know
Terabyte: A Terabyte is approximately one trillion bytes, or 1,000
Gigabytes. Now we are getting up there to a size that is so large that it is not a common term yet. To put it in some perspective, a Terabyte could hold about 3.6 million 300 Kilobyte images or maybe about 300 hours of hd quality video. so if u use 2 tb thats about 600 hours of hd video quality it a lot of videos and pics
can get in uk for £399.00 quite cheap enough for a start up
also there websites u can buy already setup layout everything for less than £500. called turnkey adult websites
also a Canon EOS Rebel XTi / 400D Digital SLR Camera plus u need lights and a high def cam
and some where to work from in thailand ie pattaya or bbk
these guys do it in a hotel room most of the time and just upload onto there computer once they edit it and check everyting is ok
and must have contacts for models that is the most important and taking the pics and making sure they are good enough |

Free if u design u own though dreamweaver ,
etc very easy to do long u know what u doing only thing what, cost is the inital, u have to get a really good hd video camera £500 min can buy cheap on ebay and this camera for really good for pics. |
Not sure what we'd do without you gareth, besides loss of entertainment value, information on how to setup and run a porno website would not be one of them 
I'm not gonna bother going into all the details ... but:
- 2x500GB does not equal 2TB.
- Dismal upload speeds provided by your domestic ISP would frustrate your subscribers no end.
The list goes on ...
But please don't answer these as they are rhetorical statements, not direct questions.
FWIW I would suggest hosting with a professional adult hosting company with merchant account, not a glorified bedroom based porno box with cheques in the post.
You'd also need months of photography under your belt to establish a worthwhile amount of content before all the people who don't even know your website exists would be prepared to part with their hard-earned, either that or buy content.
Like many suggestions of easy money, why aren't you doing it yourself alongside 1000's of others?
These things need serious time and financial investment, not bedroom fantasies.
