dont understand why people buy viagra when kamagra is identic as they both sustain sildenafil....
last time i paid 150 bath for a packet of 4x100mg....  so why the F... pay more...  |

Why Viagra? Because many times Kamagra is fake. I never experienced a fake Penagra, so in Bkk they are my choice.
Why ED Pills? Well, two years ago due to prostate cancer a radical protatectomy. Lucky though, even after going through follow-up salvage radiation. PSA now effectively at zero (0.05 in Bangkok, immeasurable in USA).
Even more lucky. Despite no actual ejactulatory fluid (those glands gone too, the prostate has the muscles to give cum its velocity), my climaxes are actually more intense, even with no ED pill and a soft cock. Give me a pill and 45 minutes, and I am good to go!
Levitra is mine of choice, and same cost with insurance in USA as Penagra here in Bkk.
Should my PSA start rising again, its time for the same hormones LB's use!
IMHO, if you are a USA-genes fellow, or otherwise fancy the "high in animal protein" USA type diet, are post-50. a PSA test with physician's advice is a must. My place of choice is BNH...1200 baht at the 4th FL Internal Medicine Department. No appointment, and faxed to you in two hours.
BTW, research, very recent, shows a "good chance of prostate cancer gene," discoverable with a dna test.

Hi I was just wondering if I could tag a similar question on here?
As I'm in my late 40's now I seem to have a problem cumming more than once a day . Some days I dont cum at all but still really enjoy screwing . I can still get erect about three times a day so no problem there .
Is there anything I can take to produce more sperm or is it a trigger problem? |

Not sure what the medical answer to your question is exactly, but like most of the young guys on the forum will discover later in life, sperm production and the distance one can 'shoot' decreases with age

I'm a little suprised no-one has chosen Apcalis as yet.
It is readily available in pharmacies in Thailand at a similar price to Viagra. Apcalis is the generic version of Cialis and is supposed to have an effect for upto 36 hours, e.g. a weekend in Riga or Amsterdam, for those living in Europe 
I have used it a number of times and it works ok for me. But for value for money and response times I always use Kamagra Jelly now. I usually carry a couple in my pocket for special occasions |

Some good advice for increasing sperm levels .
Limit or discontinue all drugs (OTC, prescription and "street" drugs). Certain ulcer medications and steroids can suppress sperm production, and recreational drugs like tobacco, alcohol and marijuana can have the same effect.
Limit intercourse to every other day instead of every day during your partner’s fertile cycle. While it is not necessary for every couple to follow this rule, men who are known to have lower sperm counts should not be releasing semen every day because they need a chance to replenish their already low supply.
Refrain from oral sex. Saliva can actually kill sperm. Similarly, most lubricants can also kill sperm and should be avoided.
I think I will just continue the dry runs as keeping to this advice would leave me very frustrated and bored in Thailand  |

maybe u need to visit an urologist, so he can see ur health ?
anyway, live healthy life - dont drink alcohol (alcohol seriously affects on man's health and sperm production and many other things), dont smoke (tobacco also kills blood circulation), do physical exercises regularly (at least, 3 times per week, it also increases testosterone level, but dont take steroids  ), eat beans or like it, sleep at least 8 hours, dont eat McDonald's junk food, eat prawls, avoid veneral diseases and regular heavy stresses, live regular sex life
btw, i have heard that in some places native people offered blood of cobra mixed with vodka. and it is really stimulating drink. |

Udrees , thanks , I dont smoke , I only drink too much when on holiday as i drive every day for work , I have a job that keeps me healthy plus do weights about twice a week . not sure what else I can do .
Its probobly just age , but I was always an every second day type of guy when young . I also think this trip was too long at 28 days so will try and go for two weeks next time. |

dont think i was disappointed from Thailand, i just faced reality and dont feel sorry.
it was fine trip with many wonderful days which i would like to repeat someday.
btw, my mother is also very strict, but i avoid her instructions.
i even doubt she knows that Ladyboys exist on Earth and that - oh my god - her son even sleep with them
if u dont believe, i also drink alcohol, but i dont like to be drunk like a pig, dont remember what happened at night, suffer from headache the whole next day.
