Copland was a very good film, possibly one of Stallone's best in terms of 'acting'.

But the draw for that movie was De Niro.

Couldn't agree more. But I would argue that the entire ensemble was the draw. De Niro, Ray Liotta, Robert Patrick, and Harvey Keitel. Just looked it up on IMDB. Amazed that it only has a 6.8 rating.

To revert back on topic momentarily, anyone seen Transamerica?

A very good film, recommended Very Happy

Haven't scene it yet. I rarely rent so it looks like I will be waiting for cable. I was kind of disapointed to see a GG in the roll, but from what I've heard Felicity's performace was pretty convincing.

As taboo as the subject is I'm kind of surprised at the amount of TG related characters in TV right now. "Nip/Tuck" and "Ugly Betty" both have post-op transgendered characters. And a real life transexual Candis Cayne is on "Dirty Sexy Money".

Yes, Felicity Huffman played the role extremely well, in fact it was excellent and you really warmed to the character.

Saw that the new Radiohead was finally available in stores so I picked it up. After 1 listen I'm not sure what all the postive reviewers were talking about late last year. It was ok, but it seems like they have been treading water creatively.

I've seen them live and it ranks up there as one of the 5 best shows that I have ever seen so it is disappointing that this didn't hit me harder.

Anyone else check out "In Rainbows"?

Or Johnny Greenwoods amazing score in the equally amazing "There Will be Blood"?

The one with Brad Pitt playing a gypsy bare knuckle boxer?
Classic. Sad that Guy Ritchie hasn't been able to make a good film since.

Snatch is definitely a movie worth to watch. Brad Pitt has certainly starred in some brilliant movies, including Fight Club, Se7en and I also enjoyed Twelve Monkeys very much.

Snatch is definitely a great movie, as you say RaoulDuke, Brad Pitt has been is some terrific films.

Kalifornia is a blinder too, where he plays a serial killer. It's 14 yeears old now, amazing.

Definitely one to watch as well, that Juliette Lewis is one crazy individual. I also like the work of David Duchony alot.

His brief appearance in True Romance was great as well.
