Have stayed there myself, and I remember being able to get into the elevator at the lobby level and go straight to my room without seeing anyone from the hotel, as the reception was actually on the 1st floor.
So providing you retained your room key, you didn't even have to deal with the reception desk.
Wasn't overly wrapped about this hotel, but the positives are that it is right next door to MBK centre with its endless shopping opportunities, and the buffet breakfast was very good.
Just make sure that you book a double/twin room and you shouldn't have any trouble.
