I think about to rent an apartment next time when i am in bkk. I search for something in the 10000-12000 baht pricerange.
Does someone of you have some experiences with this issue? What about Rajah-Mansion? I heard mixed reviews about this place. Someone of you stayed there recently?
Thanks! |

I assume you are talking about Bangkok.
I don't know of anywhere within that price range, and would have thought you'd have to 'go native' if you're spending anything less than 15k a month. |

I haven't stayed there myself, but I will be checking it out when I'm next in town at the beginning of April.
Great location and the prices are good.
Have to wonder what the additional costs add up to re:
Water and Electricity Supply is charged according to your actual usage.
- Water Supply 18 Baht/Unit
- Electricity Supply 6 Baht/Unit

I'm also interested to know if anyone has taken the plunge and stayed there.
Definately the best location for the Guess Bar |

You dont have to go native for this price.
For 10000-15000 baht a month you should get a studio with aircon and partly or fully furnished and in a decent location (near skytrain etc.). Some offer even free wireless internet if you are lucky. |
