Hi Leigh,
Yes she was and still is 
She's not doing "night work" at the moment. She is about to start an 8 month course at Beautician school. She will be 32 soon and was very aware that the P4P scene could not go on for ever. She is trying to find some part time work in a salon as practice.
She may keep in contact with a few of her customers...well I'll be seeing her in 3 weeks, but if all goes according to plan for her she is looking forward to a new a different career.
I'll tell her you were asking after her.

Bit of an update, it seems part time work in a salon would pay little or nothing, so employment has been found down soi 6...don't think it's a salon.
I'll let you know the venue when I find out |

Thats a shame. She is too nice a girl to work in Soi 6. I dont think that place will suit her. I enjoyed many drinks with Lek at 5 or 6 before the other ladyboys came in. I used to call her "Gran" which she found funny. She doesnt just look well for a 32 year old, she looks well full stop. I wish her the best.  |

I agree with your comments about Lek and soi 6, she has said she will give it a week. She doesn't want to go with customers any more, but needs to eat, I'm helping her with the costs of the course, but she has to find food money herself. |

BTW, I bumped into Lek briefly out front of Bangkok's Guess Bar in early April 2008.
Was a nice surprise, as despite not knowing her as intimately as some of you guys, I've always found her a really lovely person to chat with.
