Have you ever actually visited thailand ? ~ LB-69

I hated Thailand the first time I went - but then again I was 18, fresh out of college, and ended up on an organised tour that frequented Krabi (of all places Shocked

)

Gave it the benefit of the doubt, went back, found Nana Plaza, the Sukhumvit Road, my first LB, and the rest is history. Made me the 24 year old man I am today.

There are other places in the world I'd like to go to - but always seem to be entering BKK on the flight search page.... Laughing

i only go to thailand to fullfil my fantasy and that it. mostly it the south of thailand hatyai only once to pattaya. to go out with the lb at thailand is the only reason why i am there because of its wide acceptance and cheap beers...

PP, it takes a while to muster up the courage to go too the LOS especially to do LB's as the whole (sorry about saying this again) Am I gay thing usually springs to mind

43 years old and first time was Aug07. Have been there 3 times since and am mentally screwed thinking about when I can get there next. Hopefully soon, as my work will send me to Jakarta for 6 weeks. Twisted Evil

Work 14 hour days 4 days a week, and head straight to the airport for BKK for 3 days of bliss each weekend for 6 weeks. Best part is that someone else will be paying for these trips. Very Happy

I am seriously thinking about going. For about the last two years I find myself continually attracted to LB's to the point where I almost quiver at the thought of being with one, it almost takes my breath away.

I have holidays at the start of next week and, if all goes to plan, will be actually going to the US. But that is contingent on some other things falling into place and if they don't I will be going to either Hawaii or Thailand instead. Hawaii becasue I've always wanted to surf there and Thailand strictly for what all of you here love so much. (I live in Australia)

That said, despite my usually confident nature I am a total wuss and very insecure when it comes to sexual matters. It's going to be an awfully big step for me to take to actually DO it. I know the act in itself is simple enough, but taking that first step is mighty difficult. Despite the excellent advice on these forums for first timers (I've been reading here for a couple of years or so, just barely posted) I'm always thinking I'll end up making an idiot of myself or something will go wrong, just ridiculous stuff really but as I've said I am quite insecure sexually. I'm sure we've all been there over something or other at one time or another.

I know with anything I find difficult to do I make a point of reminding myself of times prevous where I've done something that was very awkward/difficult to do and how great it feels after the fact when you remind yourself "I DID IT", but something like this for me given my upbringing is a whole new league

So we shall see I guess. I will know by this coming Monday where I will be going and I guess I'll just take it from there. Even if the US trip happens, which I hope it does, I still have this feeling that I need to do something about Thailand. So it's definately on the agenda, it's just a matter of when and then when it happens me finally getting a pair and taking the steps to do want I want to so badly.
