i usually but tablets in samui or phucket called MOXINAX, little pink tablets that knock you out on the plane journey home.
i was also told the ladyboys working at crocodile are fond of taking them instead of drinking.
whilst in pattaya, i couldnt buy them anywhere.
all the pharmacists seem to look at me in a strange way, despite me showing them the few tablets i had in the wrapper.
is this the same drug thats referred to as XANAX.?
would make sense if it is.
going to be a long flight if i cant get any kip.! |

Yes, you are right, Moxinax is a generic form of Xanax. Alprazolam is the generic common drug name. This is a benzodiazepam. It will cause you to sleep, but unfortunately it deprives the user of REM sleep. REM is the phase of sleep that allows the brain to recharge and refresh yourself.
It is not recommended to be used for long periods of time.
The reason why the pharmacists were looking at you strange is that alprazolam is a control drug - so usually can only be obtained by prescription from a hospital, or a pharmacy that has a permit to dispense control drugs. |

there was a lot of goods for Sale on the islands that cannot be bought on the mainland, so thought the drug was one of them. |

| Do not be afraid to go to the hospital. Last time I was in Thailand I tryed to buy vicodone at a few pharmacys, I was told the same thing at all of them, Go to hospital. After a few days I got the nerve to go to a really nice hospital, I think called Burmagrand or something on Sukhumvit soi-1 in BKK. The hospital was really beautiful, the doctor was really professional, and he gave me a precription for vicodone, morphine, valume, and viagra, wich I was able to pick up there in the hospital. The hospitals in Thailand are inexpensive and will give you whatever perscription drugs you want , and totaly legal. Some of them will even take your medical insurance, or , Keep the recept and you might be able to get reimbursed from your med insurance. |
