Generic drugs from countries like India and China have varying standards of quality control. If it is a major pharmaceutical company with joint venture ties to a "western" pharmaceutical company their quality control would be quite high.

However, not all generic drug companies are like this. The main risk with these really cheap generics is the following: - the amount of drug in each tablet/capsule/sachet may not be consistent. One tablet of 100 mg may have 150 or 200 mg and the next may have 0 mg.

One should not overdose a medication because the risks of adverse effects increase dramatically - and the inconsistency of the cheap generics make it an even higher risk.

As Kahuna stated there are other medical problems besides high cholesterol and heart conditions that can make the use of erectile dysfunction drugs such as Viagra and Cialis dangerous - it is best to consult with your family physician for advice before use - or a physician who knows your comprehensive medical history.

Yep, I can see it now - Dr. I am going to Thailand for 3 weeks to screw my brains out with lbs - is it ok to take Viagra every day?

Agree with everything rxpharm says re: these drugs!

As to how they work for me personally, I have found that Kamagra gel is as good as it gets. At 100 baht for one 100mg dose, the price is right. I get less side effects than with any other drug. I've tried cialis, viagra, levitra and various generics of them and I find I get the best and fastest results with Kamagra.

I NEVER take more than one packet at a time, and seldom have more than one or two drinks either before or after.

ofcourse there is a risk. everything is a risk.
but You are your own best doctor and if you do have a heart condition no doubt, half a bottle of vodka mixed with lippo and two hits kamagra kombined with a suuuper sexy ladyboy is not good for you..
But if you are generaly healthy no prob.

But be aware. Thailand, cambodia china and viet are floodet with knock off produckts. and it does not mather if you buy on the streets or if you buy in pharmacy.. cant trust anny of them.
usualy you wil just get lesser effect but every once in a while some unlucky basterd gets some shit in theyr meds..

so everey thing is a risk... but as always; use your head and you wil be fine

Wow! Vanilla??? Didn't know it came in flavors. I've only had the funky tasting orange....

It's possible to only take half, just not easy to save the other half. I've never tried just half...

Vanilla is a new one on me,Knew Orange, Plum and Pineaple. Looking forward to try new stuff out there next week. Understand there is a "New Jelly"

Pineapple used to be my favourite until Vanilla came along; a recent new flavour I purchased and tried was mint, tasted ok.

They are usually B100 each when buying low numbers, but if you buy a box of 50 you can bargain as cheaply as sub B3000, maybe less if you're a regular and they know you.

The flavours that I've seen and tasted:

Pineapple
Orange
Mint
Vanilla
Banana

There are also chocolate, butterscotch and mango flavours available too... Mmmm Very Happy

Are there any decent pharmacy's around soi's 7 & 8 to purchase the jelly's?
