Hi Katana, I have never been able to find it in Chiang Mai or Rai, I have friends living longtime in the area and almost always take the stuff up there for them after visiting BKK or Pattaya, they've looked themselves but not been able to find any, and the pharmacy's tend to be more restrictive up there on what they sell unless they know you well. What makes me sad with the 3 types of drug (Generics and regular) is every damm one of them has a side effect on me, levitra gives me flushs and racing heart. (Not a good feeling) cialis give me a headache and severe heartburn (and I mean severe) and viagra/kamagra gives me such a headache I want to bang my head against a wall to mke it go away. If I'm careful on timing I can use Kamagra as long as I'm asleep within 2hrs, seems the headache only starts after 2hrs, and aslong as I'm asleep by then everything is fine as I sleep thru it. But the nice thing being is LOS is I really dont have to worry about performance ..if it doesnt work the one time who cares I can have a go a few hours later

Moderator Joined: 21 Jun 2006 Posts: 2297	The problem with some of these drugs in LOS is that the dosages are way too high. With Kamgra Jelly for example, they come in 100mg, when 25mg is ample for most users taking it non-pescription. But the tendency for most guys is to use the whole sachet at once, rather than wasting the rest. Add alcohol to this and it's no wonder some people get headaches/migranes. From my experiences, consuming 25-50% of a sachet per day (25-50mg) can considerably cut down the chance of a headache. Taking 25% of the sachet and avoiding alcohol should take out the headaches completely.

Most people take half a pill,so I see what you're saying..Why not take half a sachet. But on the alcohol point......I do like a bevvy

However, a problem I have encountered from time to time is that the small cut in the sachet to assist opening is missing. Those sachets are tough little buggers and biting and ripping is hard going. When you have time, check each sachet and apply a small cut with a pair of nail clippers, if required, you will appreciate it later. Sheesh... The things we guys have to go through to satisfy those sex-hungry LBs
