It's amazing what shit guys will put up with when there are beautiful p4p girls and ladyboys around, if I walked into a bar at home here in Sydney and I found myself surrounded by the degenerate types that gravitate to Pattaya I'd be back out the door in a flash, however in LOS you don't have much choice so you just put up with it.
I don't want to upset any fellow BM's but frankly Pattaya is a dirty shithole inhabited by the dregs of Thai and Western society. That may be generalizing too broadly for some but it's just my personal view. I made the mistake of spending a few days there earlier year despite warnings from friends who reside in LOS, won't be going back again in a hurry. |

Does who don't like it, probably go to the wrong places, or they are not cut out for the action. 
Instead of calling Pattaya and its inhabitants by all names you think you are old enough to use, why don't you just stay away! If you are claiming to warn somebody not to go there, this is not the place to do so.
Most BM's here love Pattaya, Bangkok and Patong.
Does of you that lurk around in this forum throwing only shit, maybe you need to rethink what you are doing here, and or in Thailand.
Pattaya is my second home, and I love the whole city, the people and most of the tourists. Some visitors do not behave, but it is like that in all major tourist destinations. 
And the crime level is much lower than in most western cities at the same size.
So if all you can say is that the place is shit, the people who lives there are shit and does who visit are shit too, I think that speaks more about what your brain is made of than anything else.

No it is the Kiwi or NZ people who shag the sheep, Australians shag Shelia's(Girls) and on the odd occasion when available a lot also choose to fuck the rare beauty that is the LB.

About a year ago I decided to give Pattaya another shot having learnt so much re: the LB scene from this forum, previously not being a fan of the place at all. Now a trip to Thailand is not complete without time spent in Pattaya. I've spent 7 weeks there this year so far. I'm willing to sacrifice some negatives for perhaps argueably the best LB city in the world.
If I hated a place to the degree to which some here do, I would simply skip the topic when it arises and never return. Also, it would be nice to substantiate your dislikes rather than just screaming "shit".
So why did you visit Pattaya in the first place?
- There are far superior destinations in Thailand for culture, scenery and beaches.
But as others have said, remove the P4P scene and it's night-nights. |

Granted, there are some tossers in the city but to call them the dregs of Western society is a bit severe. If the dregs of Scotland or England or Australia were really to show up in Pattaya the place would be in a right fuckin' state.

go to any beach in spain and you will see proper trailer trash familys living on fried food.
and pissed up stag and hen partys totally wasted.
never seen that kind of scum in LOS. they cant afford it.
most blokes ive met and had a drink with in LOS have got a few quid, and enough about them to go it alone.
its a resort for single men, period. |

I love Pattaya, but to be honest you do find that the dregs of the UK, Oz and Ireland do tend to frequent the place. However some really good guys from these countries also visit. We can all spot the twats a mile off and can ignore them.
Same goes for its sex workers. Pattaya does attract Thailands very best smack heads and thiefs but of course there are always the lovely ones too. For every fucked up junkie thief (Barbie) there will be a lovely ladyboy in another bar (Joy, Hi Boss for example). |

Yes, Pattaya is a terrible place.
Every time I go there, I stay in pretty beautiful hotels that are exceptional value for money.I wake up in the morning with some beautiful honey that has pleased me all night, then I relax by the pool. Later I will have a few beers and treat myself to a massage or manicure. I always seem to meet some sweet fun people and
and WOW there is such a variety of beauties available, places to eat, bars to drink. The weather, even the bad days are nice.
Yes Pattaya is a terrible place.
I love it.
