PinkPanther Shooting Pool for Money sounds like a Dangerous but Fun past time.
I am one of those people who is not blessed in the art of sinking those particular kind of balls.
Pentire you remind me of the kind of Guy who is a Grown Up Peter Pan that still has the charm to find enough Tinkerbells to tinker with.
Any suggestions re:Boat Trips?
The 24hr trips to BKK sound good also, I have not yet worked out the finer details of my trip.
Gaz have you been to much of the Thai Boxing or any of the Muay Thai training camps?
Chill on Island sounds good
Also wanting to Elephant Trek at some stage.
As well as the trip to Angor Watt who knows maybe even with LB |

Plenty of low cost boat trips depart the Bali Hai pier daily, get down there around 9am. They tend to be organised by various agents or clubs but it can be a long day.
Yes, due to me having no attraction to day time in Bangkok, I like to head up there around 4pm, and then return to pattaya next day after lunch following a fab night out |

Is BKK that bad in the day time?
Thinking of useing BKK as a Hub, do the one night in BKK thing then leave for Patts, Cambo, Lao or something.
Gaz cool thanks for the info on the boxing, it is on the to do list, may even take a GG with me or another BM depending on who is around when I roll into town. |

I dont think Bangkok is bad , its just when you have been there a few times you run out of fun things to do .
I spent about four days there with my wife and sister in law . We went to Wat Po , did a canal cruise , looked at the Kings Palace saw some other temples etc . Also did a night trip to Patpong and saw a Ping Pong ball show.
Next trip I was on my own for five nights and did some day trips to the River Kwai , Aruthaya did some shopping in MBK. Visited the house of the American who saved the Thai Silk industry. Also took a canal boat around the back canals . At night went mongering in Nana .
Next trip the only thing I'd like to do is see the Kings Canal Boats and maybe fire some guns at a range I was invited into (if I can find it again). Maybe I need to book a couple of nights there as I never made it to Cascades either. |
