Ladyboy Expert Joined: 16 Mar 2008 Posts: 573 Points: 760 Location: London	I would make sure u have good travel insurance that covers u for lost baggage and i wouldent bother to much about going on there many ways in and out of bangkok to pattaya im flying next friday and im just taking stuf with me on board and buying the rest in pattaya all new and it cheap which airline are u flying i contacted eva the one i using and they say when i fly shouldent be a problem but i dont know these strikes can go on for weeks

I've been reading on the other forum that airport coach drivers and taxi drivers are also joining the blockade tomorrow and the only way to Pattaya is to pre book a motorcyc taxi to meet you at the airport. Obviously they are able to skilfully manoeuvre around the road block. I also read that the going rate has been fixed at 3000 Baht which seems reasonable to me given the circumstances
