I've used Agoda to book a hotel in Singapore last December, and just used it to book a Phuket hotel.
No problems whatsoever and the 24 hr help is great in case of any problems. The good thing about their loyalty (points) program is that there is no expiry date to use them up.
Would say shop around though - not all their listed prices are best, but generally are better than the direct discounted prices from the hotels. |

| Thanks Rxpharm trying to work out the most cost effective way to do my trip, as wanting to include a few ports of call and want to make the best deal out of it- thinking Hotel 81 in Singapore and there is a good deal on Agoda to make it even cheaper. |

I've also used them plenty of times, but mainly for stuff I've booked in Chiang Mai.
Some good deals at times, but it pays to do your homework on pricing before booking.
Never had any problems with the service or honouring the bookings, etc.
Definitely reputable, and worth a try.
Cheers

Ditto for me.
Used Agoda for dozen's of bookings and never a problem.
Best thing is that you can get bonus points to use on upcoming bookings. |

I used Agoda (or Precisionreservations, as it was called before) several times. Never had any problems.
You can also try Asiatravel.com. |
