| Very sad. Whenever I met Eric on a night out I had a blast. He wore his heart on his sleeve and always said what he was thinking. One of the good guys. Last time I spoke to him he seemed at ease. I wish I had the chance to have another drink with him. |

After a rocky begining , Eric and i became firm friends and we would often chat in pattaya over a few beers about work , ladyboys and life in general . I will really miss that , he had some great stories and general knowledge which helped me out .
Rest in Peace Eric .
Bob , please keep us updated with a date for a memorial service for Eric . |

I only met him once I believe with your help, but i heard many good things about him from others as well. Sorry to hear the bad news. RIP Eric. |

I arrived in Pattaya yesterday and heard the sad news last night, I had hoped I might see Eric again, but time and tide etc... I will remember our chats over a drink or two, he was one of the good guys.

We shared a few drinks over the years and i like his sense of humor.
I will always remember him as a fine a companion for a chat and some beers around the usual lbs spots in Pattaya.
Was one of the few faces i was truly happy to see around when back in town.
RIP Eric wherever you are. |

The way I'll remember Eric is the fondness that my teerak had for him. They hit it off really well, perhaps it was the twinkle in his eyes, or his good nature, or whatever he would say to her in Thai.
She seems to confuse many of my friends but knew exactly who he was and called him Sombat as that's how he introduced himself to her. |

Toger/Sombat/Eric was cremated today at 13.30 pm.
I will have one rant and then never speak on this subject again!
I was deeply disappointed about the number of falangs that took the trouble to turn up. None of the so-called LB experts from Bkk or Pattaya bothered to pay their last respects, just sending flowers when you live in Pattaya is cheap in my eyes. As it turned out only 6 showed (incl me). All I can say is "shame on you" !!
