| I was wondering if anyone here has stayed mid-long term in phuket, how much is the rental of units there? food? etc. I have heard that there are some of the prettiest lb's there, and it is a little pricey for visiting, but is it the same for mid-long term stay? |

it depends on the time youre going...  is it in high season or low?? |

| I was at The Place to Stay for 3 nights in Dec. 2006. Very nice, comfortable, close to the action. I recommend it! |

He IS a nice guy....and it IS a nice place...and best of all...its placed very close to the "action"..
the rooms are clean, and its very discreet as there is only 4 rooms(2 big and 2 small) no reception as youve got your own key...an owner who knows about "the lb-scene" have safe in the rooms...and an internetcafe just across...with aircon and small "boxes" so no one can look over your shoulder...
also i can recomend to visit Cocktail and dreams and say hello to Jim (known in here as Jimbo34) he is also a nice guy who love to have a chat and a beer...  |
